ProcedurePros, LLC came into existence as a result of the President, Beverly J. Morris, leaving a company where she worked eight years. Before leaving, she had to create her own training material for her replacement. At that time, Ms. Morris realized she was still taking a lot of the knowledge she had gained over the years with her. This made her see the importance of documenting job procedures.
Our experience includes over 20 years working in food, motor and print manufacturing/logistics. The specific areas of responsibility include production planning, inventory management, procurement, customer service, safety and quality management. Ms. Morris has worked five years as a Quality Coordinator and she had the responsibility of managing an operation to obtain the ISO 9001:2000 certification in 2005.
Some of the companies she has worked for are: French's Mustard, Yamaha, G&K Team Wear and a major print manufacturer in the Atlanta area. We use the ISO 9001:2008 standard as a basis for setting up a quality management system.
MISSION Create a system to stimulate growth and reduce cost in the government, nonprofit organizations and in education on a local, state and federal level. Our plan is to show how quality standards and tools can be used to simplify daily activities.
WE FEEL YOUR PAIN
Our team has first hand experience working contract assignments in various industries that were disorganized and did not have written procedures. Do any of these statements sound familiar?
